North Texas Film Campus

CRC, Sprung Structures, & Pacifica Ventures constructed a one-of-a-kind sound stage system and film campus in Midlothian, TX. This campus is a turn-key production campus encompassing 24,000 sq ft & 30,000 sq ft sound stages with lighting grids able to support several tons per hanging point, stage adjacent production offices, props and set decoration, mill space, hair and makeup, wardrobe, storage, dining facilities, and multi-purpose space.

CRC created this unique and purpose-built facility using a proprietary method to build soundstages in a tension fabric structure. No matter the complexity, CRC delivers quality within budget and at a reduced cost than the normal cost of typical soundstage builds.

This is made possible by CRC’s expert construction and construction management experience to facilitate rapid construction blended with Sprung substructures that are made of aluminum—known for their high strength-to-weight ratio, superior malleability, excellent corrosion and climate resistance, and manufacturing and distribution centers in North America, the Middle East, and offices around the world.
