Follow the construction progression of our Midlothian, TX Film Campus

Soundstage #1 and Mill Spaces

Ground Breaking Date: November 2021

Construction commences on our one-of-a-kind sound stage system and film campus in Midlothian, TX.

Completion Date: June 2022

This is a turn-key production campus encompassing a 24,000 sq ft sound stage with lighting grids, stage adjacent production offices for staff, and four neighboring structures for props, set decoration, mills space, hair and makeup, wardrobe, and multi-purpose space.

Soundstage #2

Ground Breaking Date: October 2023

Construction commences on our second sound stage system on the same film campus in Midlothian, TX.

Completion Date: March 2024

Our client was so pleased with the first custom soundstage they asked CRC to build a second one on the same campus to support growing production requirements. The second sound stage completed in about 5 months is 30,000 sq/ft and features a black Insulquilt lining, custom lighting grid, and shoot cans and was ready to support production needs the day the certificate of occupancy was issued.
